These foods containing caffeine include but are not limited to coffee, soft drinks, and chocolate. It is recommended to avoid or reduce caffeine at night time if you are taking Xanax to help you sleep
OVERDOSE
Symptoms may include loss of consciousness; loss of coordination; severe confusion; severe drowsiness or deep sleep; slow reflexes
Proper storage of Xanax
Store Xanax at room temperature between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C) away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Xanax out of the reach of children and away from pets
