Tadalafil
Tadalafil (Cialis) is an oral medication used to treat impotency. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor which treats erectile dysfunction. The drug can be effective for up to 36 hours after consumption. Cialis is the third drug developed to cope with erectile dysfunction. The mechanism of its functioning is alike it predecessor Viagra and Levitra. It increases the volume of cyclic cGMP that will further increase the blood flow within the tissues of the male organ. This phenomenon does enable a stimulus for proper erection to be attained whenever required. It is a fact that approximately 50% of men in the age group above 40 years are experiencing erectile dysfunction. The majority of men are doing something about it. Erectile problems are not always the result of fatigue or stress. There are physical factors which can be the gearing causes; such as health conditions or side-effects experienced by other type of drugs. Tadalafil pills are yellow in colour and are shaped as almonds. The tablets of Cialis come in 3 volumes of dosages; 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. The general dosage of Tadalafil will depend upon individual tolerance to the drug. Generally, the dosage starts with 10mg and it is to be consumed prior to any sexual intercourse. The intake is then adjusted according to the patient. This anti-erectile dysfunction agent should at most be consumed once in a day. It is definitely not recommended to over consume the drug as it is said that the drug can be effective for approximately 1 ?? days. This has made the agent famously known as a ???weekend Pill??? thanks to its longevity.
